There is NO OBLIGATION for them to rent their points at this time - when a rental opportunity comes up and the contract you refer could fulfill that rental, we'll reach out! It will be completely at their option whether they want to continue! If, and hopefully WHEN, those points are used - we'll pay you $1/point!

The value of their points will depend on your home resort and the proximity to check-in from the time their points are actually rented. Those resorts with higher demands, as well as "home resort" eligible reservations within the 7-11 month booking window, are compensated at higher rates, as seen below:
